Shipping & Returns

We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders placed will typically ship out the next business day. To keep shipping and handling costs at a minimum, we use standard USPS shipping methods so our shipments do NOT have any tracking or tracing numbers.

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you received, and wish to exchange one for another or wish to receive a refund, you must notify sales@nicolaymusic.com within 7 days after you receive your shipment.
